6DOF MPU-6050 Accelerometer, Gyroscope Module & Temperature Module

The 6 Degrees of freedom MPU 6050 module offers a single board accelerometer, gyroscope and temperature sensors integration. The MPU-6050 Integrated Circuit is the world’s first integrated 6-axis motion tracking device which combines ta 3-axis gyroscope, 3-axis accelerometer and a digital motion processor in a 4x4x0.9mm package. It provides full integration for the I2C and SPI communication protocols. It allows the user to select different configurations for both the accelerometer and the gyro depending of the application. It features three 16-bit analog to digital converters for digitizing the gyro outputs. The same amount of digital to analog converters are used for the accelerometer.

Communication with all registers of the device is performed using either I2C at 400kHz or SPI at 1MHz (MPU-6000 only). For applications requiring faster communications, the sensor and interrupt registers may be read using SPI at 20MHz (MPU-6000 only). Additional features include an embedded temperature sensor and an on-chip oscillator with ±1% variation over the operating temperature range.
